Menno van Delft is a Harpsichord and Clavichord player. He performs worldwide as a soloist and continuo player. He teaches at the conservatory of his home town Amsterdam and at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg. He regularly lectures and publishes on topics such as early keyboard repertoire, playing techniques, performing practice and tuning & temperament.

Giovanni Paolo Di Stefano is curator of musical instruments at the Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam. Since 2007, he has been teaching History of Musical Instruments at the University and Conservatory of Music in Palermo, Italy. He studied musicology at the Universities in Palermo and Rome “La Sapienza” where he earned his Ph. D. with a dissertation on the history of the Tangentenflügel and eighteenth century pianos with similar actions. From 2008 to 2012 he was a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Palermo where he did research on Southern Italian stringed instrument makers.
From 2013 to 2014 he taught History of Musical Instruments at the University of Florence. In 2014 he received the Italian National Scientific Habilitation to Associate Professorof Musicology and History of Music. He regularly presents papers at international conferences and cooperates as a consultant for institutions, museums and collections of musical instruments.
His writings on the history and technology of musical instruments have been published in miscellanies, museum catalogues, conference proceedings, encyclopaedias (The New Grove Dictionary of Musical Instruments, Dizionario Biografico degli Italiani Treccani) and important international journals ( Early Music, The Galpin Society Journal, Musique Images Instruments, Journal of the Violin Society of America etc.).
